Hello, I’m Marie and I’m a self taught botanical artist, learning every time I create a piece of art.

I love to create realistic portraits of plants, their flowers and their leaves in Graphite and Watercolour.

I started painting in 2017 and have been teaching myself as I go, through books, online tutorials and lots of practice.

I am currently studing via an online course in drawing and painting leaves, hence a lot of posts of leaf drawings (if you happen to see my instagram feed 😊)
