This is an exhibition of paintings and drawings of rare and endangered plants growing in the Avon Gorge. It is a collection of work completed over several years often following the life cycle of the plants. The venue is directly above the Avon Gorge in the recently built Suspension Bridge Visitors Centre. The views from the bridge are spectacular and on the Clifton side of there is a flower bed with some planted examples of the native plants. On Saturday June 15th there will be a walk in the area with local botanist Libby Houston and Nick Wray the Curator of University of Bristol Botanic Garden will give a talk about the flora. More details are on on the bridge website https://www.cliftonbridge.org.uk/event/art-exhibition-rare-native-plants-avon-gorge
